Under the direction of the Rehab Services Manager and supervising physical therapist, the Physical Therapist Assistant collaborates with therapy and nursing teams to help patients achieve quality clinical and functional outcomes. The Physical Therapist Assistant provides patient instruction, treatment and training to restore patient mobility, strength, range of motion, and independence in activities of daily living. The Physical Therapist Assistant teaches and trains patients, caregivers, and support staff with consistent methods and approaches.
