Physical Therapists are expected to demonstrate excellent communication skills in patient interviewing and assessment. Under the direction of the Rehab Services Manager, the Physical Therapist (PT) collaborates with therapy and nursing teams to help patients achieve the highest clinical outcome using evidenced based practices. The PT provides patient instruction, treatment and training to restore patient mobility, strength, range of motion, and independence in activities of daily living. The Physical Therapist teaches and trains patients, caregivers, and support staff with consistent methods and approaches.
